Two weekends ago I got the privilege to be in an instructor video. R.I.P.P.E.D. is a class I have been taking at the Renaissance Club Sport since I joined the gym and it was one of the main reasons I joined. RIPPED is an acronym for Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet-"The One Stop Body Shock." It is an all around body workout. It is a challenge and just an awesome workout in an hour. Every three months they change the sections and music so it is always "shocking your body." Terry and Alex, the creators of this program who are also our instructors at the Renaissance, asked if I would like to be a part of the Season 6 instructor video. Of course I said "Yes!" I truly love this class and was especially blessed to have it during and after my pregnancy. The video will be shown to the over 2,000 instructors, from all over the world, that teach the class in other gyms. A little nervous during the shoot...Absolutely! It was a blast and was even better because my sister, Nichole, was in the video as well. I can't wait to see the finished product.
